What Is Deep Stability?

Deep Stability is a structured yoga therapy intervention, for supporting the capacity to remain stable under external load, by reducing the internal load.
It implies guided practice and support over a period of several weeks.

Teacher: Swami Dhyanananda Saraswati

Therapeutic Yogacarya.
Monastic. Long-term study of cognitive, behavioral and nutritional neuroscience.

I have been holding therapeutic interventions for many years, after this knowledge and practice transformed - and probably also saved - my life. It is based on teachings from traditional lineage. Most people do not get this kind of access, and it is my aim to make it more widely available in its efficacy and cultural integrity,

I developed the deep stability method specifically for people of leadership in community who carry extreme levels of responsibility while facing multiple systemic issues. In it, the teachings are paired with relevant findings from modern nutritional neuroscience. It has proven to work very well. Today I extend the offer to people from all walks of life, so that they can benefit as well and sustain the continuation of the programs.
